The other evening we enjoyed dinner at FARM 255, a local farm to table restaurant here in Athens. FARM 255 is whole heartedly a farm to table endeavor. They raise and butcher their own animals, have their own farm that grows much of their produce, and support other farms in the region. It is one of our favs!
We ordered thier house made pickles and the butcher board which included: pastrami, chicken liver mousse, roasted bone marrow, housemade pickles, irish soda bread, bacon fat popcorn, deviled egg. It was quite lovely and delicious!
